No creative work of this size, scope and purpose could be a solo endeavor.
All the while persevering through his life-threatening health issues, Jay found a way to identify, meet, pitch and enlist what became a 65-person team of gifted artisans to create original therapeutic artistic relief pieces for “HEART First™”.
Each artist volunteered their time and talent, inspired by Jay’s story, and more importantly, a shared vision to reduce cancer-caused suffering, using the therapeutic arts, to the benefit of all those touched by the disease.
Besides being an App for people touched by cancer, “HEART First” is also being structured as a means to financially support and further the careers of the gifted Artists that created pieces for the book. Most (therapeutic-minded) artists, despite their exceptional talent and intent to help others, aren’t widely known outside their sphere of influence. When you see the quality of the artistic content they each created (based on their assigned Lettered Meditation) – that will change! I

So as not to insert selection bias, and in the intuition-driven spirit of the entire project, each of the Lettered Meditations ‘A to Z’ were assigned to each artist, not by Jay, but by an intuitive (living in NC eat the time and who also became an artist contributor to the project ) shortly after Jay had his first interaction with each artist.
